How to Play:

  1. Tap or swipe to start. Swipe in the direction the snake should move, or tap beside its head to turn there. On a keyboard, use the arrow keys
  2. Eat all berries (the snake grows) to win. Each berry from the start brings a new berry, and that one brings one more
  3. Stars are an optional bonus (+3 points)
  4. Toxic berries cost 3 points and shrink the snake, avoid them
  5. Hitting a wall or yourself ends the attempt. Try again, the timer starts over
  6. Score = moves − points + time (lower is better)

Micro Snake is a free snake game you can play online in your browser, on your phone or on your computer. Guide the snake across a small board and eat every berry to win. Each berry makes the snake longer, so the board gets tighter as you play. Golden stars are a bonus worth three points, while toxic berries cost points and shrink the snake. Steer with a swipe or a tap on mobile, or with the arrow keys on a keyboard. If you hit a wall or bite your own tail, the attempt ends, but you can try again right away and the clock starts over. Your score is your moves minus your points plus your time, so plan a short, clean path. Choose a board size of 8×8, 10×10 or 14×14, from a quick round in your break to a longer challenge. Play the daily puzzle, compare your score on the leaderboard and see how you rank against other players. This classic arcade game, made new for short breaks, is quick to learn and hard to master.
